TERMS & CONDITIONS/ RESERVATION AGREEMENT

In addition to the disclosures reasonably necessary for the purposes identified elsewhere below, Airport Shuttle, Inc. may disclose your personal information to the extent that it is required to do so by law, in connection with any legal proceedings or prospective legal proceedings, and in order to establish, exercise or defend its legal rights.  Only the authorized credit card or debit card holder is allowed to pay for ground transportation services online or by phone. By processing your own reservations, I agree to call Airport Shuttle customer service immediately on the same day of service at Toll Free # 800-507-2702 if there is an issue or concern related to the service provided. I am fully aware that all inbound and outbound calls are recorded for quality assurance purposes. I further acknowledge and agree that Airport Shuttle may report me to the credit card bureau agencies if I maliciously attempt to defraud and not pay my bill for the services ordered by me.

FOR ALL RIDES

-Customer has agreed to wait until their designated pick up time.

-Customer informed of Refund Policy*. There are NO refunds or cancellations within 7 days of the travel date for vans, SUVs, or sedans.  There are NO refunds or cancellations within 14 days of the travel date for minibuses, motor coaches or charters. Customer is aware that earlier pick up time changes are not available.

-Due to the sensitivity of flight schedules, Airport Shuttle, Inc. and its affiliates shall be held harmless for any missed flights or cruises for any reason.

-Please check your cell phone for voice mail/ text message(s) with your driver’s name; cell phone # and any additional information. Then, call your driver back directly.
-PLEASE VERIFY ALL INFORMATION ON YOUR CONFIRMATION! Should there be any need for revisions to the original reservation, it is your responsibility to contact your agent immediately at (954) 722-9902. Thank you!

-Customer, please be aware that toll road fees are NOT included in your prepaid trip charges.

-Any customers disembarking any cruise ship or arriving at the airport before their designated pre-arranged pick up time as stated on their written confirmation will not be guaranteed a pick up until their pre-arranged pick up time. Customers wishing to leave the Port, Airport, Hotel or any other pick up location with another means of transportation before their pre-arranged pick up time will forfeit any and all monies previously paid.  Airport Shuttle, Inc. and its’ affiliates will do its’ best to accommodate any change in pick up times, however, all changes in pick up times must be made before the cancellation deadline date to insure availability.

SHARED AND SEMI PRIVATE RIDE CUSTOMERS, PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE FIRST 30 MINUTES OF YOUR DRIVER’S WAIT TIME AFTER YOUR FLIGHT LANDS ARE INCLUDED IN YOUR FARE. HOWEVER, YOU WILL BE CHARGED $1.00 FOR EVERY MINUTE OF WAIT TIME INCURRED THEREAFTER DUE TO DRIVER’S OVERTIME.

THIS IS A CURBSIDE PICK UP, not a meet & greet inside the airport, please refer to confirmation above to see if you are being picked up downstairs, outside of the baggage claim area or upstairs at departures. Please call your driver when your flight lands and then when you’ve secured your luggage.

SHARED AND SEMI PRIVATE RIDE DEPARTURE

PLEASE BE ON TIME for your departure pick up or you will be subject to a $1.00 per minute charge for every minute of additional wait time based on the pre-arranged pick up time.

PRIVATE RIDE ARRIVAL

PRIVATE RIDE CUSTOMERS, PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE FIRST 30 MINUTES OF YOUR DRIVER’S WAIT TIME AFTER YOUR DOMESTIC FLIGHT LANDS ARE INCLUDED IN YOUR FARE. HOWEVER, YOU WILL BE CHARGED $1.00 FOR EVERY MINUTE OF WAIT TIME INCURRED THEREAFTER DUE TO DRIVER’S OVERTIME.

Notes: FOR INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT ARRIVALS, THE FIRST HOUR OF YOUR DRIVER’S WAIT TIME AFTER YOUR FLIGHT LANDS IS INCLUDED IN YOUR FARE. HOWEVER, YOU WILL BE CHARGED $1.00 FOR EVERY MINUTE OF WAIT TIME INCURRED THEREAFTER. YOU CAN ALSO DECIDE WHAT TIME YOUR DRIVER SHOULD BE INSIDE THE AIRPORT OR OUTSIDE THE AIRPORT WAITING FOR YOU WHEN MAKING YOUR RESERVATION OVER THE PHONE. SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO HAVE A DRIVER MEET YOU AT A SPECIFIC TIME FOR INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT ARRIVALS YOU CAN REDUCE WAITING TIME CHARGES BY SELECTING WHAT TIME YOU WANT YOUR DRIVER AT THE AIRPORT TO MEET YOU. PICK A TIME THAT YOU THINK IS REALISTIC AND WE WILL BE THERE. YOU WILL BE GIVEN A 10 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD IF YOU SELECT THE TIME OF PICK UP.  THEREAFTER, YOU WILL BE CHARGED $1.00 FOR EVERY MINUTE OF WAIT TIME INCURRED THEREAFTER DUE TO DRIVER’S OVERTIME.

IF THIS IS A CURBSIDE PICK UP, not a meet & greet inside the airport, please call your driver directly when it’s time for your pick up and you’ve secured your luggage.

IF THIS IS A MEET & GREET PICK UP inside the airport, please refer to (Trip Routing Information:) above to see what name will appear on the sign and if there are any special instructions for your pick up.

PRIVATE RIDE DEPARTURE

Our Shared Rides from the Port of Miami and Port Everglades are only offered at 10:00 AM!

CRUISE SHIP PASSENGER(S) DISEMBARKING AT THE PORT MUST CHECK THEIR CELL PHONE FOR A VOICE MAIL MESSAGE LEFT THE NIGHT BEFORE WITH YOUR DRIVER’S NAME & CELL # AND CONTACT YOUR DRIVER DIRECTLY BEFORE LEAVING THE SHIP AND HEADING OVER TO U.S. CUSTOMS.

CRUISE SHIP PASSENGER(S), BE AWARE NO EARLIER PICK-UP TIMES ARE AVAILABLE BEFORE YOUR PRE-ARRANGED PICK-UP TIME!!! Do not rush off the ship! No last minute adjustments can be made to our schedule. Your driver will be there on time.

CRUISE SHIP PASSENGER(S), PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE FIRST 15 MINUTES OF YOUR DRIVER’S WAIT TIME, AFTER YOUR PREARRANGED PICK UP TIME, ARE INCLUDED IN YOUR FARE. HOWEVER, YOU WILL BE CHARGED $1.00 FOR EVERY MINUTE OF WAIT TIME INCURRED THEREAFTER DUE TO DRIVER’S OVERTIME.

*Cancellations and Refunds:  Full monetary refunds will be given to customers for reservation group sizes 1-14 passengers if customer e-mails written request to our company more than 7 days prior to scheduled trip.  Cancellations for motor coach, minibus, bus charters for 15 or more passengers or limousine orders must be made 14 days prior to trip for full refund.  All cancellation requests must be e-mailed to info@airportshuttle.cc using subject matter title description cancellation request.  No fax cancellation orders will be accepted since date and time stamp cannot be verified in all instances.  After we receive your written cancellation request by e-mail, one of our customer service representatives will contact you within 48 hours to provide you your cancellation reference number.  No phone-in or voice mail cancellation requests will be accepted by Airport Shuttle, Inc. and its affiliates.  Any customer who does not request cancellation by deadline period listed above will lose amount previously paid.

No monetary refunds will be given to shared ride or private ride customers who wish to cancel their shuttle service because they are ready to be picked up prior to their designated pre-arranged pick up times.

Terms AgreementAirport Shuttle, Inc. requires all customers to have access to a working cell phone. That cell phone number needs to be provided at the time of reservation and be used to stay in communication with our dispatchers or drivers until their pick ups are made.  Loss or unavailable cell phone coverage is not the responsibility of Airport Shuttle, Inc. and its’ subsidiaries.  Airport Shuttle, Inc. shall not be held responsible for missed or late pick ups caused by customer’s lack of communication.  Airport Shuttle, Inc. will do everything possible to make your transportation experience with us enjoyable and timely.  Please refer to your reservation to confirm the type of ride that you have reserved and verify your pre-arranged pick up date & time along with our cancellation policy prior to your travel date.  If you have any questions, please call our office at 954-722-9902.

Wait Time/Fee:  For passengers arriving at our airports, the wait time begins at the customer’s actual flight arrival time.  For domestic flights, it is thirty minutes and for international flights it is one hour.  The fee is $1.00 for every minute of wait time incurred thereafter due to driver’s overtime.  For passengers disembarking from cruise ships, the first fifteen minutes of the driver’s wait time are included in your fare. However, you will be charged $1.00 for every minute of wait time incurred thereafter due to driver’s overtime. Shared, Semi Private or Private ride transfers (for example rides going from a hotel to the airport) will be subject to a $1.00 per minute charge for every minute of additional driver wait time based on the pre-arranged pick up time.  Charters will have a pre-determined hourly charge.

Luggage/ Baggage Policy:  The term “normal” will refer to the usual amount of luggage / baggage carried with passengers containing clothing, hygienic products, goods and supplies while on temporary stays, vacations etc…, generally lasting from one to three weeks.  Excessive luggage/ baggage will be determined by Airport Shuttle, Inc, (herein referred to as, “our company”, “we” or “us”).  One large bag per week is the general acceptance by most travel companies and airlines, with a small overnight bag or tote bag for makeup, toiletries and hygienic supplies.  Articles, goods, clothing etc…, loose, improperly packed or in improper containers shall not be allowed aboard company vehicles unless prior authorization is given and acknowledged in writing by Airport Shuttle, Inc.  It will be the sole responsibility of the customer to obtain that authorization. Passengers attempting to board with any unauthorized article may be denied entry with no consequence to Airport Shuttle, Inc.  Large articles such as golf clubs, surfboards, athletic and theatrical or musical instruments will incur an extra charge unless previous agreements in writing are presented to the driver or chauffeur.  At no time will any hazardous, harmful, dangerous or illegal material(s) be brought aboard any company vehicle or company hire.  Any discovered material will result in immediate removal of said material(s) and legal authorities will be contacted.

General Rental Agreement:  Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer.  The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s).  It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof.  Not responsible for delays or missed flights if there is an accident on the road way or weather causes unsafe road conditions (i.e. heavy rain, accidents, etc.).  The Airport Shuttle, Inc. and its affiliates are not responsible for any articles left in the vehicle. Unpaid balances are to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run.

Method of Payment:  All reservations will be authorized and pre-paid with a Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express before pick up date.  If customer does not provide credit card information or the credit card is declined for payment then transportation will not be guaranteed.  All prices are subject to rate increases until payment is received.  After payment is received prices will be locked in.  On the date of the first pick up, all company drivers must obtain a credit credit card imprint and customer signature on a credit card voucher slip before trip departs using the same credit card used to make the reservation.  The amount of the total round trip service or one way service to be provided will be signed for on the first pick up date– no exceptions will be granted.  In the event that the customer does not have the credit card used to make the reservation a different credit card or cash must be used for payment.  Please retain your credit card slip for your return trip and show it to your driver.  Any customer refusing to sign for the charges will not be transported by Airport Shuttle, Inc. and will be considered defaulting on their reservation agreement and will lose all amounts previously paid.   If customer defaults on the reservation agreement after the deadline for cancellations, the customer will be responsible for full payment under the reservation agreement and any legal or collection agency fees costs incurred to dispute charges until full payment is received. Any and all arbitration(s) shall be held in Broward County, Florida.  A minimum of $25.00 dollars in administrative fees will be charged to any client who disputes charges with the credit card company for their own late cancellations.  No exceptions will be granted.
