RIDE INSTRUCTIONS (based on Vehicle Type reserved listed above)/

TERMS & CONDITIONS/ RESERVATION AGREEMENT

In addition to the disclosures reasonably necessary for the purposes identified elsewhere below, Airport Shuttle, Inc. may disclose your personal information to the extent that it is required to do so by law, in connection with any legal proceedings or prospective legal proceedings, and in order to establish, exercise or defend its legal rights.  Only the authorized credit card or debit card holder is allowed to pay for ground transportation services online or by phone. By processing your own reservations, I agree to call Airport Shuttle customer service immediately on the same day of service if there is an issue or concern related to the service provided. I am fully aware that all inbound and outbound calls are recorded for quality assurance purposes. I further acknowledge and agree that Airport Shuttle may report me to the credit card bureau agencies if I maliciously attempt to defraud and not pay my bill for the services ordered by me.

Refund/ Cancellation Policy:

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS for VANS, SEDANS, & SUVs… There are NO REFUNDS within 7 days of the travel date. ALL CANCELLATIONS more than 7 days before the travel date will be charged a 25% cancellation holding fee. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS for CHARTERS, MINIBUSES, & MOTOR COACHES… There are NO REFUNDS within 30 days of the travel date. ALL CANCELLATIONS more than 30 days before the travel date will be charged a 25% cancellation holding fee.

Point-to-Point Transfers and Hourly Rentals:

Deposits & Balances Due: All deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance due will be charged on the day of service, or you may pay the driver in full in cash. Please note, if paying by debit or with credit card, an additional 5% will be added to the total amount of your bill for administration and credit card processing fees.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellation requests must be e-mailed to info@airportshuttleinc.com using the subject description Cancellation Request. That way, your request will be time-stamped, and if you are making your request outside of the non-refundable timeline, your request will be handled accordingly. If you do not request a cancellation by the deadline period listed above, you will lose the amount previously paid. No monetary refunds will be given if you wish to cancel your transportation service or if you decide to leave before your prearranged pick-up time.

Driver’s Contact Information and Where to Meet Your Driver:

will text you your driver’s contact information and any relevant instructions by 10:30 PM ET the night before your pick-up or prior to your pick-up. For reservations made for same-day transportation service, we will text you your driver’s contact information and any relevant instructions before your pick-up. Please refer to your reservation confirmation or text message for instructions on when to contact and where to meet your driver.

Prearranged Pick-up Times:

Please wait until your designated pick-up time. Any customers disembarking any cruise ship or arriving at the airport before their designated prearranged pick-up time, as stated on their reservation confirmation, will not be guaranteed a pick-up until their prearranged pick-up time. Customers wishing to leave the Port, Airport, Hotel, or any other pick-up location before the prearranged pick-up time will forfeit any monies previously paid.

Wait Time Charges for Point-to-Point Transfers:

If you request additional stops, there will be an additional cost of $45 per every 15 minutes. Overtime is due at the time of the occurrence. For flight arrivals, $2 per minute wait time charges begin 31st minute after your flight arrival or on the 6th minute after your prearranged pick-up time. For all scheduled pick-ups at the port, $2 per minute wait time charges begin on the 11th minute after your scheduled port pick-up. For planned hotel and home pick-ups, $2 per minute wait time charges begin on the 6th minute after your prearranged pick-up time.

Unpaid Balances:

Balances due are to be paid in CASH ONLY to the driver upon pick-up.

Airport Arrivals:

Turn your cell phone on to communicate with the driver. Contact your driver directly as instructed in the text that we will send you before your pick-up. Follow the instructions on where and when to meet your driver.

Cruise Ship Pick-ups:

Cruise ship passengers disembarking at the Port must restart their cell phone to retrieve the text and voicemail message left the night before with their driver’s name and cell phone number. Contact your driver or dispatch directly (as instructed in your text) as you are about to go through U.S. Customs and then again once you are off the ship and ready for your prearranged pick-up time. Airport Shuttle, Inc. strives to be on time all the time. Please note, your driver has other pick-ups before yours. If you get off the ship early, please wait for your driver. No refunds will be given if you leave the Port early.

Flight Delays:

If your flight is delayed, please notify our office immediately at 954-688-7738 so that we may try to accommodate you for a pick-up later that day. Please plan your travel accordingly and purchase travel insurance to avoid being inconvenienced by canceled flights, cruises, and overbooked hotels.

Missed Flights or Cruises:

Due to the sensitivity of flight schedules, Airport Shuttle, Inc. and its affiliates shall be held harmless for any missed flights or cruises due to traffic or unforeseen events.

Car Seats & Booster Seats:

If you request Airport Shuttle to provide you with a car seat, there will be an additional charge of twenty-five dollars per car seat which must be reserved and paid for in advance. It is the parent’s responsibility to install and secure their children in the car seat. Our driver is not allowed to secure the car seat for you per our company policy.

Tolls and Event Parking:

Toll road fees, which are not included in your fare, can vary throughout the day from $1.00 to $20.00 or more based on demand for lane usage. Event Parking passes are also not included in your fare. The cost for both is payable in CASH ONLY to the driver. Drivers do not carry cash for change.

Meet and Greet Service at Baggage Claim:

When the lead passenger requests a driver to meet & greet them inside the airport at baggage claim, there will be an extra $40.00 charge. Your driver will arrive and be inside the airport before your flight lands for a domestic flight or at the desired pre-selected time you select for your international flight arrival. Additional wait time charges will apply after the 40th minute if the driver is kept waiting. The additional charge will be $2.00 per each additional minute. Passengers have the option to select their prearranged pick-up time at the time they book their reservation to avoid paying extra wait time charges.

Lost & Found:

Airport Shuttle, Inc. and its affiliates are not responsible for items left in our vehicles. If your item is found, you must make payment arrangements with our office to have it mailed back to you. The driver will not be able to return your item to you after the service is completed.

Smoking or Food:

No Smoking or Food is permitted in our vehicles. No exceptions are allowed. However, water is allowed.

Alcohol Consumption and Drug Use are prohibited:

Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate the ride without a refund if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the passenger(s).

Clean Up Fees:

There is a $300.00 charge for excessive cleanup, and or sickness cleanup. Damages will be charged at the time of the occurrence. Additional charges are the responsibility of the client listed on the agreement.

Unforeseen Situations:

Although unforeseen situations occur, the vehicle you chose may be substituted if unavailable for any reason. The replacement vehicle will always be similar or larger at no additional charge. Airport Shuttle, Inc. and its affiliates are not responsible for delays or missed flights if there is an accident on the roadway or if weather causes unsafe road conditions.

Late Night Pick-Up Fee:

ADDITIONAL LATE-NIGHT FEES…If you are picked up between the following hours, your extra charge will be as follows:

10:30 PM to 11:59 PM… $40

12:00 AM to 12:59 AM… $60

1:00 AM to 1:59 AM… $90

2:00 AM to 4:59 AM… $120
