As availability fills — especially during peak cruise season (November–April), spring break and holiday weekends — vehicle selection narrows and last-minute bookings become harder to accommodate. Book as early as possible to guarantee your vehicle and your rate.
Rideshare apps apply surge pricing during peak demand — Sunday embarkation mornings, holiday weekends, early-morning flight arrivals. A Fort Lauderdale to Port Everglades ride that costs $45 mid-week can cost $150+ on surge. Our rate is fixed the moment you confirm your booking. It never changes.
Every passenger receives a text message by 10:30pm Eastern Time on the evening before their pickup with their driver's name and direct cell number. You know exactly who is coming and how to reach them — no guessing, no confusion at baggage claim.
Our drivers use real-time flight tracking software. If your flight lands early or is delayed, your driver knows and adjusts automatically. You are never charged extra for flight delays.
Last-minute requests on busy embarkation days, holiday Sundays and peak season weekends are subject to availability. Advance booking — ideally 48 hours or more — guarantees your vehicle type and pickup time.

Meet & Greet Service — +$40 Your driver meets you inside the airport at baggage claim (domestic arrivals) or at the U.S. Customs exit doors (international arrivals) with a personalized welcome sign. They then escort you directly to your vehicle — no hunting for your driver, no confusion at the curb. Especially popular for first-time FLL visitors, international arrivals and families with young children.
Car Seat Rental — +$25 per seat Infant, toddler and booster seats available. Please specify your child’s age and weight at checkout so we can ensure the correct seat is installed and ready in your vehicle.

Confirmation Your booking confirmation is sent immediately to your email address on file. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it within 5 minutes. Save your confirmation number for reference.
Driver Notification Your driver’s name and direct cell number are sent by text message to your mobile number by 10:30pm Eastern Time on the evening before your scheduled pickup.
Cancellations & Changes Changes and cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. Call (954) 688-7738 for changes and cancellations.
Flight Delays All pickups include real-time flight tracking at no additional charge. If your flight is delayed, your driver is automatically updated and will be there when you land. You do not need to call us to report a delay.
Advance Booking We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance. During peak cruise season (November–April), holiday weekends and spring break we recommend booking 5–7 days in advance to guarantee your preferred vehicle.
Payment All major credit and debit cards accepted. Corporate billing accounts available for approved accounts. Payment is processed securely at the time of booking through our encrypted reservation system.
