My daughter was flying solo and her flight was delayed due to severe weather. In addition to the delay there was a delay at arrival due to a back up of arrivals. Gurley, the driver waited patiently for over 2 hrs due to circumstances beyond her control. She reached her destination late but in time for the final check in. After a very stressful day it was a relief for herself and me to have the van waiting for her which would have taken hrs had she needed to wait for a shared van. Thank you for your courteous and dependable service.

Moments after I made the reservation Michael called to review and verify all the information in regards to our pick up and drop off. He was very professional and courteous! What Ii liked was he was very thorough in regards to the meticulous details as far as airlines, to port drop off and car seats. We had a pleasant trip and via text and phone calls manage to communicate with our driver.
